So I think it is pretty clear that I LOVE the Forever Living range and I have been lucky enough to try one of their drinking gel products..

Besides their reputation as a cleanser for the urinary tract, cranberries provide a high content of vitamin C. They are also a natural source of healthful proanthocyanidins. Apple juice contains many flavonoids as well as pectin.
To be brutally honest, it does look a bit log frogspawn and the after-taste takes your breath away at first.. But after a couple of days, I actually started to enjoy it. For the first week, I took half a shot of the gel first thing in the morning, then the final 3 weeks I took a full shot. There are many benefits to these drinking gels but the main difference I found was that I felt more energetic pretty much throughout the entire day.
