WHO WANTS FREE STUFF?!?

SO! Everyone has probably already seen this but a new site called CovetMe has launched probably the best thing ever.. Its standard for pretty much everyone to share their fave new outfits and stuff on social media, but using this website allows you to earn points whilst doing it.. and points = vouchers! For example, 650 points = £10.00 voucher on ASOS. It is literally that easy!! The more clicks you get on your shared item, the more points you own. So if you are like, an online celeb, you will have it pretty easy but us peasants may have to do a bit more grafting! BUT if you work with your friends to help each other, it should be a walk in the park. Who doesnt love free stuff? You kind find out more at https://www.covet.me/help ... this takes you through step by step what you actually need to do when uploading so for example, tagging a URL/product. Also, if you invite your friends to join, thats another 250 points! Shops include ASOS, Nasty Gal and Zara. It is the most perfect invention ever <3 If you want me to send you the link to sign up, then private message me or comment below!

As Seen On Me...

So there's a hashtag flying about regarding purchases on ASOS #AsSeenOnMe .. So I thought that would be an appropriate title for today's post as all it is featuring is outfits from ASOS! Everything you see below is from ASOS (Apart from my nude court heels, which I think we all know by now are from Primark!)

I think these first 2 outfits are perfect for day to night wear.. Look both good out for lunch in the pub then to carry on to some cocktail bars into the evening! To make them even more casual I would just stick my converse on with both of them..

This Khaki green jumpsuit was £45, I am wearing a size 8. I chose to role the bottoms up because a) I thought they looked better like this and b) being a short 5ft4 they were a little bit long on me! I also wore a plain black bralet under this but it looks just as good fully buttoned up. I just didn't want my lady lumps falling out!

This cropped stripe top was from the River Island section of ASOS at £12 and the jeans were £38 under a brand called Your Eyes Lie high. I love the extreme ripped look at the moment, especially with summer around the corner, gives the jeans a bit more of a sunny feel.

Finally, this to die for wiggle dress was £45 from the petite section but I know they do it in normal lengths too. I haven't really done it justice on this picture but there is a slit in the front and it has a low back. Had such a good day at the races wearing this and it was sooo comfy too! If I do say so myself, Jonny looks absolutely delicious. His blazer and waistcoat were from ASOS, the shirt/pants and shoes were all from Topman. The trousers were a normal length but he chose to wear them rolled up.. Get the ankles out for the girls!!

Younique!

So I was very excited to find out that I was being sent some Younique beauty products to review.. After stalking their Instagram for about a decade, all I wanted was some mascara and blending buds because they just look so amazing on the pics! And I have been lucky enough to speak to Danielle Silva who has sent me these quite wonderful products...

Blending buds - Get a perfectly smooth application of powder, cream foundation, primer or blusher in seconds with these cute, reusable sponge applicators. The pack contains two sponges, a small pink bud for fine detail areas (which is what I use for my contour areas), and a large purple bud for large area application (which is what I used to apply my foundation base evenly). These little buds are £20 for the set but are well worth the investment. There are loads of videos on YouTube for how to use them and how to keep them clean! I have also given a small demo below of how I used them for my contour..

3D lash mascara - Go for up to 3x the wow factor with Moodstruck 3D Fiber Lashes that are water-resistant, yet wash off easily with Shine Eye Makeup Remover Cloths. This is quite possibly the most mood-altering, life-changing product in the cosmetics world! I have noticed the phrase "Can your mascara do this?" being thrown about as tags on Younique products, but I didn't realise just how good the mascara was going to be in comparison to my usual mascara that I thought was quite good. The mascara is £23 and comes with 2 different applicators, the clear gel coat and then the black fibre. I found using 2 coats worked best for me and pulling upwards whilst applying for the best results. Unfortunately my photo taking skills didn't do the mascara any justice, so you will just have to take my word on this one!

Make-up demo below.. (Soz for the crappy pictures, the lighting in my house is horrendous, and excuse the dressing gown #SorryNotSorry).

So this is me with no make up.. Looking like a tramp

Then I applied the foundation base.. I am currently using Max Factor Facefinity

Next was applying the contour.. I use highlighter under my eyes and on the bottom half of my forehead, and then I use a medium powder on my cheek bone, top of my forehead, on the outsides of my nose and under my bottom lip.

I then used the pink blending bud to work it all together by gently dabbing all the contour areas.. Be careful not to rub because this will just defeat the object of having certain areas darker/lighter as they will all blend into 1!

Once I had blended, I drew on my eyebrows using my favourite Anastasia Beverley hills Dipbrow and applied the Younique mascara. Make sure you apply the fibre coat before the transparent gel dries for best effects!

And this is the finished product! (Obvs had to apply a liquid eye liner flick to finish the look!)

I hope you liked this post! Hopefully I will get my hands on some more beauty goodies! If you want to buy these products then head over to www.youniqueproducts.com/danielledasilva
