So word around the shoe-vine is that Timberlands are back in fashion.. And I do love a good pair of Timberlands, but as I have previously mentioned I am a Business Apprentice, and I think we all know that apprentices get paid peanuts, and my money is prioritised for funding other things such as my Friday night drinking habits, beautiful clothing and feeding my lovely boyfriends PS4 addiction. So I went in search of an alternative.. I know Timberlands are seen as a good investment as they are weather proof and sturdy, but I have found a pair that are just as good and for a quarter of the price. These beauties are from MissGuided for £25 (even cheaper if you have student discount!).. I understand that they may not be as good quality, so that's why I invested in some Crep Protect (Around £10). This spray pretty much weather proofs the boot.. Just to test it, I ran it under a tap and the water just dropped right off. EYEdeal. The other thing about this boot is that it fits but leaves enough room for a thick pair of socks, which is perfect for my up and coming trip to NYC! There was also an alternative pair with fur lining for £5 more and they do come in different colours. I highly recommended these, style and comfort for a fraction of the price of Timberlands.
God loves a bargain hunter.
